Vetable Manchow Soup Recipe | How to Make Vetable Manchow Soup Recipe

Material:

  • 4 carrots, finely chopped
  • 15 green beans (French beans), finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup cabbage, finely chopped
  • Add 1/2 cup green onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp ginger, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons white vinegar
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp black pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • 1/2 cup water, as required
  • Finely chop green onions for garnish
  • 1 cup rice noodles, fried

How to Make Vegetable Manchow Soup:

  •  To make Vegetable Mancho Soup, first put a pan on the gas and heat some oil in it. When the oil is hot, add ginger, garlic and onion and fry well until the onion becomes pink and soft.
  • Once the onion becomes soft, add salt and pepper to it, add finely chopped vegetables and cook on high flame for about 3 to 4 minutes until the vegetables become slightly soft.
  • At this time, add soy sauce and vinegar and beat well. Also add water as required and boil the entire mixture.
  •  Dissolve the cornflour in a little water in a bowl, making sure there are no lumps. Add cornflour to the soup, keep stirring continuously. Let the soup simmer for another 3 to 5 minutes.
  •  Meanwhile, cook the noodles in water as per packet instructions, drain and set aside to cool. – After cooling, deep fry in lukewarm oil until crisp. Drain the oil and drain on a paper towel and keep aside. Check the soup for seasoning, adjust the seasoning and salt levels and turn off the heat.
  • Serve hot vegetable manchow soup in bowls garnished with fried noodles and green onions.
  •  For dinner, serve warm vegetable manchow soup with Chinese vegetable fried rice in a bowl garnished with fried noodles and green onions.
