Paneer Tikka Recipe | How to Make Paneer Tikka Recipe

Material:

  • 400 g paneer
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tsp corn flour
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp tandoori masala
  •  1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tsp kasoori methi
  • 1/2 tsp deghi mirch

 How to make Paneer Tikka?

  • Mix the curd well.
  •  First add the paste made in curd. Add ginger garlic paste along with all the spices. Now mix the paste and spices well. mix all the ingredients
  • After this add chopped pieces of cheese.
  • After mixing all the mixture well, keep it for some time.
  • Now heat oil in a pan. Put mixed pieces of paneer in oil and fry till it becomes light brown. Slowly do the same with all the pieces.
  • When all the paneer pieces are fried well, take them out in a plate.
  • Add chaat masala or garam masala and serve hot.
