Kadai Paneer Recipe | How to Make Kadai Paneer Recipe
Material:
- 2 cups paneer
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt – as per taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 onion
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp dill
- 3-4 cardamom
- 2-3 cloves
- 1 tsp red chili
- 1 capsicum
- 2-3 tsp coriander
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 1 cup butter
How to make Kadhai Paneer?
- First of all, clean all the vegetables thoroughly. Now chop it finely. Remember that vegetables should not be chopped coarsely. Cut the cheese into pieces also. Cut the cheese in the right shape so that it looks good as well.
- After cutting vegetables, add some oil to the pan and add spices. Fry coriander, cardamom, fennel, cloves etc. thoroughly in a pan. – When the masala is roasted well, take it out and keep it aside.
- After doing this, add ghee or butter in the pan and fry the onion well. When the onion turns light golden, add tomatoes. Fry onion and tomato well.
- Now add ginger garlic paste to this mixture, mix well and let it cook for some time. – After the masala gets cooked a little, add other vegetables like capsicum and mix. Now add paneer pieces like salt, chilli, garam masala etc. and mix well.
- After this mix all the mixture and make some gravy by adding little water.
- After doing this, cover the pan and let it cook for 3-4 minutes. Now see after some time, when the vegetable becomes a little thick, then turn off the gas. Your hot Kadhai Paneer is ready.
