  • salt to taste
  • water as required
  • 1 teaspoon coriander

How to make wheat flour dhirda:

  • Take one cup of wheat flour in a bowl and add one spoon of semolina, one finely chopped onion, salt as per taste, green coriander, one spoon of red chilli and ginger paste and mix everything together.
