Shahi Paneer Recipe | How to Make Shahi Paneer Recipe

Material:

  • 350 grams cheese
  • 2 onions
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 2 red chillies
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp red chili
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 3 tsp cream
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2-3 bay leaves
  • 1/2 stick of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp kasoori methi

How to make Shahi Paneer Recipe?

  • To make shahi paneer, first finely chop onion and tomato. Cut the cheese pieces into equal sizes.
  • Now take a pan, put some oil in it and fry the onion till it becomes light golden. After roasting onions, fry tomatoes in it and add cashews, chillies and a little water to it. – Now fry this entire mixture well. After roasting the mixture, after it cools down, grind it finely in the mixer so that it becomes a paste.
  • After doing this, heat oil in a pan and add cumin, bay leaf, cinnamon and fry it. – Now add ginger garlic paste and tomato paste and cook.
  • After this, add whipped curd, salt, turmeric and coriander to it and mix well. Lower the flame and add some water and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Now add garam masala, paneer pieces and mix. – Now add cream to it and let it cook for some time. After 3-4 minutes the entire mixture will be cooked. Your hot Shahi Paneer is ready.
