What is sago?

Sabudana Vada Recipe | How to Make Sabudana Vada Recipe
Material:
- two and a half bowl sago
- quarter cup peanut butter
- 5-6 medium sized potatoes
- 4-5 green chillies
- Coriander as required
- Cumin
- salt to taste
How to make Sabudana Vada:
- Wash the sago and soak it in some water overnight or 2 hours before.
- Peel the potatoes and peel them.
- Put all the above ingredients in a plate and mix well.
- – After kneading, make small rotis.
- – Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the bread in it.
- Serve hot Sabudana Bade with coriander chutney or sweet curd.

Notes:
- To make good Sabudana Vada, mix the mixture well so that the vada does not break in the oil.
