Material:

  • 300 grams wheat flour
  • 200 g paneer
  • 2 green chilies
  • 1 piece ginger
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1/4 tsp red chili
  • 2 tsp oil
  • salt to taste.

How to make Paneer Paratha?

  • To make Paneer Paratha, first grate the paneer, add ginger, green chillies, red chillies, coriander, coriander powder, salt and mix, this pitthi is ready to be filled in the paratha.
  •  Now take flour and sift it with the help of a sieve. Add a little salt and a few drops of oil to the flour and knead the dough with the help of lukewarm water.
