Material:

  • 250 g paneer
  • 1 cup gram flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp red chilli
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp eggs
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt to taste

How to make Paneer Pakora:

  • To make Paneer Pakora, first take gram flour and filter it. Now put gram flour in a bowl, add water, turmeric, salt, chilli, carom seeds and mix well.
  •  Beat this mixture well so that there are no lumps. Now take cheese and cut it into cubes.
  • After doing this, heat oil in a pan. Dip the paneer pieces in gram flour solution and put them in hot oil. Add only 4-5 pieces at a time.
  • Fry these paneer pieces until they become slightly crispy and brown. – Now place a napkin in a plate and take out the fried pieces in it.
