Material:

  • 300 grams cheese
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 5 dry fruits
  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli
  • 1/2 tsp green chilli paste
  • 2 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 2 teaspoons grated coconut
  • 2 teaspoon coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt to taste

How to make Paneer Korma:

  • Paneer Korma is very tasty and wonderful. It is very easy to prepare. Seeing its taste and aroma, no one can stop himself from eating it. Everyone likes it.
  • To make Paneer Korma, first chop onion and tomato finely. – Now grind poppy seeds, cashew nuts and grated coconut in a mixer. Add some water to it to make a paste.
  •  – Now heat oil in a pan. Fry bay leaves and cardamom in hot oil. – Now add chopped onion to it and fry it on low flame. The color of onion will become light brown.
  • Add green chilli paste, ginger garlic paste to this mixture and fry this mixture. After doing this, add chopped tomatoes, salt, chilli and turmeric and fry the mixture.
  •  Let the mixture cook for 2 minutes. – Now add poppy seeds paste and water and let it cook. – Let the vegetables cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add fine pieces of paneer to this mixture and add garam masala and cook the vegetables for 2 minutes. Your delicious Paneer Korma is ready in no time. Take it out in a bowl, garnish with green coriander and serve hot to everyone.
