Paneer Biryani Recipe | How to Make Paneer Biryani Recipe
Material:
- 250 g paneer
- 2 cups basmati rice
- 1/2 cup coriander leaves
- 2 onions
- 1 garlic
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 dry red chilies
- 2 cloves
- 2 cardamom
- 1 piece ginger
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp butter
- 1 tsp coriander
- salt to taste
How to make Paneer Biryani:
- To make Paneer Biryani, first wash the rice. Now take them out in a vessel and soak them in water for some time.
- Now add cumin, ginger, garlic, coriander, cardamom, clove, dry red chili, cinnamon etc. and grind it well. Take an onion and chop it finely.
- After doing this, take a pan, put butter in it and heat it, put paneer pieces in it and fry them. When the paneer pieces turn light brown, add chopped onion to it and fry on low flame.
- Now take a cooker, add butter in it, also add bay leaves, now add the entire mixture and fry it well. – After frying for 4-5 minutes, add cheese pieces, fried onions, salt and rice to this mixture and mix.
- After mixing all the ingredients, add 4 cups of water and keep it on the gas to cook. Your rice will be cooked and ready in 5-6 minutes. Switch off the gas. Let the pressure release on its own. Open the cooker and keep it for 5 minutes. Now serve after mixing rice.
- Take out the biryani in a plate, garnish with green coriander, your delicious and wonderful paneer biryani is ready.
