Moong Dal Dosa | How to Make Moong Dal Dosa Recipe

Material:

  • 1/2 cup moong dal
  • 1/4 cup rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 green chilli
  • 2 teaspoon coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt to taste

How to make Moong Dal Dosa:

  • To make Moong Dal Dosa, first take lentils and rice and wash them thoroughly. – Now take both of them in separate bowls and put them in water and keep them soaked for 2-3 hours.
  • – After some time, drain the water from dal and rice and put it in the mixer and mix well. Add green chillies to it and grind it. Take out the ground mixture in a bowl.
  • – Add salt and green coriander to this mixture and mix well. Remember that the dough should neither be too thick nor too thin. – Mix the entire mixture once again. The dough for making dosa is ready.
  • – Now take a non-stick pan and keep it on the gas to heat. – Apply some oil on it and take more than 1 spoon of the mixture and spread it all over the pan. Spread the batter thinly so that your dosa becomes good.
  • – Now apply oil all around and after frying on one side, turn it. – Cook the dosa until it turns light brown on both sides. – After roasting from both the sides, take out the dosa in a plate.
