Matar Paneer Recipe | How to Make Matar Paneer Recipe
Material:
- 250 g paneer
- 1/2 cup peas
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 green chillies
- 1 piece ginger
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp coriander
- 1/4 tsp red chili
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp oil
- salt to taste
How to make Matar Paneer?
- To make Matar Paneer, first grind onion, ginger, garlic, tomato and green chilli in a mixer.
- Now put cream in it and run it again in the mixer. Take paneer and cut it into fine pieces. Boil peas by adding half a cup of water.
- After doing this, take a pan and heat oil in it. – Now add cumin seeds to it, then add turmeric, coriander, chilli and salt and mix all the spices well.
- Add the contents of the mixer to this mixture. – Now fry this entire mixture in good oil. Cook until oil separates.
- Now add water as per the recipe. When it boils, add boiled peas in it. Mix well. After 2-3 minutes add chopped paneer pieces.
- Mix all the ingredients well. Leave for 3-4 minutes. Your hot Matar Paneer is ready in a very short time.
