- 400 grams cheese
- 1 capsicum
- 1/2 cup corn flour
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 onions
- 3 green chillies
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- 2 teaspoon vinegar
- 2 tbsp oil
- salt to taste
How to make Chilli Paneer Recipe?
- To make Chilli Paneer, first finely chop all the vegetables like capsicum, onion, tomato and paneer pieces.
- Now take a bowl and make a mixture by adding corn flour, cheese pieces, salt, ginger garlic paste, some water etc.
- After doing this, take a non-stick pan and keep it on the gas, now put the pieces of paneer mixed with the mixture in the non-stick pan and fry well until the color changes.
- Now fry onion in the same pan, add capsicum, salt, red chili, soy sauce, vinegar etc. to it, mix well and let it cook for some time. When everything is cooked, add paneer pieces.
